If you get the message:

An Oracle Home with name OraDb10g_home1 already exists at location /opt/oracle/.... Please specify another location for OraDb10g_home1.

You probably allowed the Oracle installer to automatically populate the Oracle Home field with an invalid value. Use the drop-drop to select an existing ORACLE_HOME.

I.e.:

Existing home: OraDb10g_home1
Pre-populated value: OraDb10g_home
