oracle 9.2.0.7

Seems like it is very straight forward on how to get a job to start at the top of the hour then start every hour after that.

But I need to have the job start every 30 minutes after the hour and start every hour after that. ie

00:30 job start
01:30 job start
02:30 job start

etc.
