In addition to the excellent info provided by Laurenz -

ORA-00600 is Oracle's 'catch-all' error code. If an exception has happened tha they did not handle, it will likely fall to ORA-00600 and that will provide a controlled memory dump.

First general reaction to 00600 should be to contact Oracle support. If you don't have support, first reaction should be to upgrade to latest version, or at least latest patch level.
