Oracle 10G export issues after patch was installed EXP-00008

Hello

Since I applied oracle patch Im getting errors while exporting the database, I have already re installed the patch and run all the scripts and about 2 times the catpatch.sql and still I get the following errors while exporting any schema, although if I export only 1 table I don't get any errors at all, Oracle version is 10.1.0.4.0 on solaris 5.8

Export done in UTF8 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set server uses WE8ISO8859P1 character set (possible charset conversion) . exporting pre-schema procedural objects and actions

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 6550 encountered
ORA-06550: line 1, column 13:
