ORA-4031 oracle 10G release 2 solaris

Today I installed oracle 10g R2 on solaris 5.8, created the schema etc then when trying to import from a dmp, or even acessign the database I keep getting
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4120 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","select /*+ rule */ bucket_cn...","Typecheck","kgghteInit")

This is the sga

Fixed Size                  1977208 bytes
Variable Size             113251464 bytes
Database Buffers           50331648 bytes
Redo Buffers                6406144 bytes
