Would you like to rewrite this into a complete thought so that I can respond? Were you intending the word "compete"? Do you think SarbOx is a database vendor or product?

FACTA is a Federal Regulation in the United States that must be adhered to by all organizations no matter their size or legal status. I'd suggest becoming intimately acquainted with it if you are in the US.

Anytime you want to attempt a public demonstration of your ability to defeat FGAC, FGA, and DBMS_CRYPTO let me know. I am sure I can arrange an opportunity for you to do so in front of my students.
