the size I gave is 100 M, isn't that sufficient, can somebody explain how does the segment, extent, block size are related.

I was able to create tables by setting autoextend on and giving user grant access for unlimited tablespace

 GRANT CONNECT,RESOURCE,UNLIMITED TABLESPACE TO insite_adm identified by testing;
