So this tells I don't have enought memory/or CPU?

For 30000 records what kind of CPU and RAM you are expecting? We have P4 with 1 GB RAM for test machines.

SGA configured are the following
Share Pool 64MB
Buffer Cache 24MB
Large 8
Java Pool 32
Total SGA 128
