Where do you live? In what countries can you live? EU? US? NAFTA? ASEAN? NATO? EEA? What's the matter with applying for jobs as an Oracle Apps DBA, explaining in your cover letter what you are doing and why?

When asking database related questions, please give other posters 
some clues, like operating system, version of db being used and DDL.
The exact text and/or number of error messages is useful (!= "it didn't work!").
