You did an advice from Chom Noamsky to try the installation with at least 1 Gb swap. Was it still failed ?
 From your installation log if that were indeed last 100 lines, it shows the last called action was make genclntsh and then no messages - probably the error occurs at this step.
Did you have a look into /u02_ora/product/10.1.0/install/make.log ? Are there some error messages at the end of log ?
