Hi,


The Oracle version is 9.2 and like you mentioned the other database is
SqlServer 2K.  After three minutes the error message is 'ERROR at line
1:


ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel'.  And I tried on
Oracle version 10 and got the same result.
