Oddly, ORACLE_SID does not seem to be an enviroment variable
that has ever been set, even when Oracle was running fine.
Anyway, I can connect to the database via a command line
sqlplus session, but I can't access iSQL*Plus with my web
browser, even though it seems to be running.

The files services.ora, snmp_rw.ora and snmp_ro.ora do
not exist.
