After the class was over, I didn't use it for a while, and then I noticed that it seems to have partially crashed, and won't start again: In XP's Administrative Tools --> Services I want to start: OracleServicesJeffDB1 (this starts ok) OracleOraDb10g_home1TNSListener (starts, but quickly dies) OracleDBConsoleJeffDB1 (won't start) Of course, I rebooted, etc... but this made no improvement.
