Yes, I know.

This is my explanation:

at 16.39 (my time) I sent out my message "Uninstalling Oracle8"
during the next few minutes I thought that my message wasn't precise enough as I didn't say that I was asking about Server ununstallation, not Client unstallation, so at 16.43 I cancelled the above message and at 16.45 I sent out the new message "How to uninstall Oracle 8 (Server)"
then the whole discussion was on the thread "How to uninstall Oracle8 (Server)" including your messages which I appreciate very much
probably you downloaded the first message "Uninstalling Oracle8" before I managed to cancel it

Sorry once again for the confusion.

I'd be very grateful if you and the others could continue helping me in the thread "How to uninstall Oracle8 (Server)". As I said in my last message in the thread at 19.52 (my time) yesterday, I'll check the settings on WindowsNT today.
