Not yet, but I'll give it a try. For the record, that's Oracle patch # 4163445, and the Windows version is 239 MB (obviously it's a patch for the whole database, not just for the client software).

According to
http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/windows/odbc/htdocs/utilsoft .htm
it's from 15-Dec-2004. It's the latest 9.2 ODBC driver available.
