A trick is going into Product User Profile and disabling SELECT.

Trashing the system tablespace is not a trick.

If you don't know the difference then I would describe the situation as not knowing the difference between punching someone in the arm and hitting them with a baseball bat. One is purely destructive.

The friend, hopefully smart enough to become EX-friend, might well go home, not realize what happened, and do substantial damage trying to fix the problem.

To repeat my position: This was not a harmless trick. It was at best ill-advised and at worst malicious.
