Are you sure that it's not RAC?
ora_lmd0 and ora_lmon are from RAC.
ora_diag is the diagnosibility daemon process. DIAG is a process related to RAC which as one of its tasks, performs cash dumping. The DIAG process dumps out tracing to file when it discovers the death of an essential process (foreground or background) in the local instance. [from Note: 220970.1]
