Hi all,


 I need a script to perform a clean oracle shutdown every time that windows
going to shutdown.I need this to be sure that there wont be  any instance
recovery every time I startup the oracle(Mostly I fear from header
inconsistency and ...).


 Is there any thing that I can deploy for my development sites?
 -Your help will be so appreciated
