You should
1) adhere to Netiquette and stop top-posting and only include those parts you reply to (ie: none)
2) can not replace that disk is vague, and probably unprofessional nonsense
3) You should read the RMAN manual as to how restore a datafile and relocating it at the same time, using the 'SET NEWNAME' command 4) The steps above will NOT restore the affected datafile.
