Hi all,
We started to experience I/O problem after our network admin added an extra shelve to our NatApp storage. He didn't assign that extra storage to an existing d/b storage configuration. He simply physically added an extra shelve and created one volume.
I see "datafile average read av time" at 100 ms and "average redo log write time" at 200 ms.
Could someone, please, tell me whether or not you've experienced the same in the past and how to correct it.
Also do you have document that describes in details Oracle best practices with NetApp.
