This is your first mistake, using Panda. I have never seen an Oracle installation yet which can successfully run while this software 'product' is running. Shut it down, as it is worthless, learn from your mistake and purchase Norton or AVG. I use the latter and it is reliable and doesn't interfere with the listener.

No. There IS an alternative to Panda, several, actually. Find one (I've listed two, above), and use it. And STOP using Panda.
