Nope. I don't believe in the concept of silver bullets. By definition it is used to solve magical problems.

There are nothing magical in Oracle. At least, nothing magical if one understands the basic principles of client-server, database and Oracle technologies.

Anyone that implies the contrary is speaking bull. IMNSHO.
