Last screen - undo the top option(s), and tick the lower one (iirc).

Anyway - your problem seems your tnsnames.ora - there's no entry for the db.
And using IPC on the same machine will solve a lot of problems before they even start.

Can't understand why Oracle insists on using TCP for intra-program communication...
