Seeing the temporary tablespace at 100% full is not unusual. This is because of the way sort segments are allocated in the temp tablespace (and not de-allocated). The tablespace is not full in the true sense of the word, the temporary segments are not de-allocated but marked as free so they can be reused, maybe this is what you are seeing.
