Actually what Anish want's to do is the other way round: A clients connects to a database by retrieving a http form through his browser.

Having (hopefully) cleared that, I'm sorry to say that unless it's coded into the application (which would be located on the app server since the OP is talking about 3-Tier architecture) there is no way to get the information the OP is after.
