As others have pointed out this is highly unlikely and
probably your misuse of the language.
- number of databases
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM gv$database;
- number of instances
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM gv$instance;
- number of schemas
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM user$ WHERE type# = 1;
