Very very true. I guess the difference, to a great degree, is that Tom is a Vice President at Oracle and must behave himself in public. Most of us, on other hand, are not and thus can afford the luxury of taking the 'teach a man to fish' philosophy.

If I was wearing an Oracle shirt ... I would never post some of what I have posted because different rules would apply. In the context of my university I have a far greater degree of freedom to express myself. ;-)
