problem with OEM

Hi, i'm a beginner in Oracle.


I install and configure oracle server, oracle management server and 
intelligent agent and when i want to connect to the base by the OMS it give 
me message.



The exception (oracle.sysman.emSDK.client.omsClient.ElientException) 
occured.



What its mean?
