Hello again !
I think i solved this problem - there solaris was guilty ...
precisely - one of patches which i applied to OS, more precisely :
patch no 119564-01. So if You want to install and run oracle10g on
solaris10 (SPARC) remember to DO NOT INSTALL this patch ( or remove it
first ). Its a little frustrating that i found a solution on Sun's
BigAdmin web pages and not on Oracle's metalink ... :-(
