Pick the date you would like to come to Seattle. I'll give you a shot at actually teaching a room full of Windows users. You are in for a very rude surprise.

And you have how much experience in Oracle shops?

And what does that have to do with the job of an Oracle DBA? In most cases nothing!

Trying to kludge your experience in IBM's DB2 in Oracle is leading you to invalid assumptions.
