  1.   It's on WIndows platform
  
  2.   I can not install any other Oracle, becouse it,s client of my company
    and the work is to do something with what they have.
  
  3.   I am tired with all the problems i have with that serwer becose there is
100 other
    small needs that the admin of it wants from me.
