Before anyone starts throwing advice at you do the following:
- What hardware platform and operating system?
- What Oracle version?
- How did it get this way? ... What did you do?
- Are the above ORA- errors from SQL*Plus or the alert log?
- If not the alert log what does it say?
- Are you running in archive log mode?
- Are you using RMAN (as you should)?
- What is your level of expertise as a DBA and if not high
do you have access to an experienced DBA?
- Have you opened an iTAR? If not why?
