Oracle 8i & Arcserve 11.0 Oracle Agent

Hi Guys,

My company just recently purchased Arcserve 11.0 with Oracle Client Agent to perform backup for our Oracle Database. However, I am not able to expand the oracle database to see the tables in Arcserve. It will just keep prompting for username and password. I'm pretty sure I enter the correct credentials at the setup process. The oracle sysdba account I provided to the agent is definitly working. Anyone has similar issues?
