How can anyone, even someone Beta testing, possibly answer your questions? Those of with the Beta signed an NDA and even with that never know for sure what the final product will be like.

But I do have permission to tell you that there are some things in 10gR2 that you must factor into any upgrade plans or you may have some issues. One of which is the change in permissions in the CONNECT role. All system privileges have been removed except for create session.
