OracleStartORCL(STRTDB73.EXE) error at Windows XP / Windows 2003

When I Use Windows(xp/2003) service to start OracleStartORCL (Oracle Database Server 7.3.4.x service starter) I have recently "Oracle Service Controller Error"!

This service show stop! But Windows 2000 is right, it start Normally! But althought it has error at 2003/XP, Database work greate! I can Connet, Select, Update...

If I did not use OracleStartORCL, Use command x:\orant\bin\oradim73.exe -startup -sid ORCL -usrpwd pass -starttype srvc,inst -pfile x:\orant\database\initorcl.ora It start Normally!

So! STRTDB73.EXE does not work at Windows XP / Windows 2003? How do I solve this problem?
