It would be difficult to remember from an earlier release of Oracle a feature which did not exist before 10g. It would also be fairly easy and straightforward to search the newsgroup BEFORE asking such questions, as this same inquiry has been answered more than once.
Possibly next time a newsgroup search will be in order ...
