Speaking from personal experience in other newsgroups, it's only too easy to let "anti-spam" campaigns go too far and end up with useful talk being clipped.

Ding! Well said, Joel. That's a lot more harmful. Let's hope we don't fall into that here. Not from me, anyway: if anything I've often been criticised by the establishment for "letting the cat out of the bag" here and elsewhere. Well, tough: it won't change.
