Startup nomount fails with ORA-00603 & ORA-27504 on RHEL3

Hello,

I'm trying to install 10G RAC on RHEL(single node). Installed CRS successfully . Trying to create database instance with dbca and getting following error. I also attempted manually create the database but startup nomount produce following errors.

ORA-00603 & ORA-27504. There is no further errors in trace file as mentioned in werner's document.

I followed Werner's document.

Here is what I have in my /etc/hosts

192.169.0.14 localhost.localdomain localhost 192.169.0.13 localhost_vi

I have specified locahost as my nodename during installation of CRS.

I'm sure I'm messing up somewhere in this but can't figure out exactly what.

Can you guys help?
