recursively drop the directory corresponding to $ORACLE_BASE. drop the Oracle user
drop the oinstall and dba groups
drop the directory(ies) containing the inventory and other associated things you created or modified.

It takes about 30 minutes to reinstall RHEL 3 AS. I'd personally be inclined to just reinstall the O/S and be done with it.
