No, unless you'll tell where this information came from (if, for example, it's from list of Oracle customers, it doesn't mean that those organizations perform any critical OLTP processing on Oracle - 99% of them are also IBM customers and MS customers or even MySQL customers, but this doesn't mean they're processing critical data in MSSQL or MySQL).
