there's a samba example on the web, which might help. and i found it worthwhile to pillage the official stash and look at the dns server, nfs server, and similar. no, i haven't done this for oracle itself.

HOWEVER, i downloaded @$IDNS**!! oracle 10 and it would NOT install on solaris 10. is that not true any more, or did you finesse it?
