Startup Error

I started up a Oracle 10g database running on a WinXP machine and found this:

ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 171966464 bytes

Fixed Size                   787988 bytes
Variable Size             145750508 bytes
Database Buffers           25165824 bytes
Redo Buffers                 262144 bytes

Database mounted.
ORA-00316: log 3 of thread 1, type 0 in header is not log file ORA-00312: online log 3 thread 1:
'C:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.1.0\ORADATA\LAP2\REDO03.LOG' Can any one help in resolving this matter?
