Syntax error on isqlplus.conf

Dear Friends,

I have 2 operating systems loaded on my home pc (Windows 2000 and XP). I have installed oracle 9.2 (personal edition) in XP. While SQL is running properly, I am not able to run ISQL*PLUS. It gives an error saying page cannot be displayed. I have just completed my Application Developer course and need to practice for my OCP Exams. I dont understand whats gone wrong. I tried searching google and other oracle forums but am not able to find a solution (though the problem is listed in many places?)Could anyone please guide me?
