You are trying to connect to the port 1377 and your listener is on the port 1521. That might cause some problems. How about setting listener to the port 21,22,23 or 25? That might be a great idea. Also, ports 42,80,110,119,143 and 177 can be useful for that purpose. I'm sure your SA will gladly help you out if you ask him to do that.
