ok.
The SQL*Plus command SHOW PARAMETERS SPFILE displays the name of the server parameter file that is currently in use. but where should i go if I want to set another value for java pool size?
maybe here?
Start > Programs > Oracle - HOME_NAME > Configuration and Migration Tools > Database Configuration Assistant. Configure database options in a database, choose my DB, then Step 6 of 8: Initialization parameters, and then write my value in the box named java pool

just like here
http://download-west.oracle.com/docs/cd/B10501_01/win.920/a95491/create.htm#1005795

can I try this or it's impossible to do?

Or if you know a solution to upgrade this java pool size I can run this 9.2.05 pathc, 'cause the script named catpatch.sql wants java pool size
> 150mb
