Presuming that sku_ATTR_ext is the same as SKU_ATTR_UPLOAD, for the
merge statement to work,


the sku_id from sku_ATTR_ext must be found in sku (without the _ext) at
the time or the merge statement.



This is my guess, as we would really need to 'know' what are the
enabled foreign key constraints defined on SKU_ATTR.
