Hi,



In the v$database view of Oracle 10g there is column called
archivelog_compression.  I checked the oracle on-line documentation
but did not find any reference to this column.  Seems to be some kind
of undocumented feature.  Anyone know what this if for??  Can I
compress my archivelogs...would be nice.
