What do you see in V$SESSION.OSUSER?

If you want to remove the computer/domain name in the OSUSER you can apply this registry setting.

---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<--- Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\HOME0] "OSAUTH_PREFIX_DOMAIN"=hex(2):66,00,61,00,6c,00,73,00,65,00,00,00 ---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---8<---
