Is there a reason why www.orafaq.com is not included in your "metafaq"?

It seems to be a good site to me, or are there issues about which I know nothing (group history)?

When asking database related questions, please give other posters 
some clues, like operating system, version of db being used and DDL.
The exact text and/or number of error messages is useful (!= "it didn't work!").
