No problems. Just install in separate ORACLE_HOMEs, and
make sure you understand the "issues" with you networking
environment. Hint: you have two, different, network
environments as far as Oracle is concerned; lookup TNS_ADMIN.
Iirc, install FORMS45 first - it does not fully understand
the multiple ORACLE_HOMEs concept.
